RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Khuluwd Designs Boutik does not accept returns for refunds.
In the instance where you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange on all items in original condition within 14 days of receipt will be accepted. Kindly send an e-mail with order number to [email protected] with the reason for exchange. Once the item(s) is received and deemed them to be in the same original condition as when shipped, a new item will be sent or a store credit in the amount of your purchase (not including shipping fees).
